This guide shows the correct way to configure MAG 254 and MAG 322 boxes in 2026.
What you need:
- Your MAG box
- Portal URL from your provider
- MAC address of the box
Step 1: Find your MAC address
Go to Settings → System → About (or Network) and write down the MAC address.
Step 2: Enter the Portal
1. Go to Settings → Servers
2. Select Portals
3. Enter the portal URL given by your provider
4. Save and reboot
Step 3: Check connection
After reboot, the box should load the portal. If it shows “Loading…” for more than 2 minutes, the portal or list may be down.
